These sessions will address your individual needs and offer guidance and evidence-based techniques to help improve your sleep.

Initial consultation (1 hour)

  • Understanding your sleep challenges

  • Defining your personal goals

This first session is a chance for you to share your difficulties and their impact on your life. We can then explore how I can help you and ensure the right approach for you.

(45 minutes each)

  • Implementing the most appropriate techniques for you

  • Assessing your routines, habits, thought patterns, and coping mechanisms

  • Personalised recommendations and guidance for gradual and effective changes

Commitment and consistency to tackle your sleep problem

Improving sleep and applying sleep therapy techniques requires consistency between sessions, so choosing the best time to start is important.


While there’s never a perfect time, there may be a better time for you to engage with the process. For example, if you have upcoming travel or major life events, we can discuss the best timing for you.
