How I can help you sleep better

I’m Helen McNamara, a sleep therapist based in Surrey with:

  • Background in occupational therapy

  • Specialist NHS training in sleep disorders, based on Cognitive Behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBTi)

  • Expertise in behaviour change science and strategies

 

I bring a comprehensive understanding of sleep health and related difficulties, such as anxiety and stress management.


 

My goal is to equip and support you in transforming your sleep – and with it, your energy, focus, and overall wellness.
