Flourish Therapy

Helping you rediscover restful sleep.

I’ve stopped doing things I enjoy because of my sleep.
I dread going to bed.
I worry about not sleeping.
Bad sleep is ruining my life.
I think I will never sleep well again.

Personalised treatment for insomnia and sleep disorders

Sleep problems rarely exist in isolation. I work with individuals facing a range of mental and physical health conditions.

I understand the complexities of sleep disturbances within broader health concerns, and tailor my approach to your pace and priorities.

Poor sleep and neurodiversity

I support individuals diagnosed with ADHD and ASD, sleep difficulties are often intertwined with neurodiversity.

Menopause-related insomnia and sleep struggles

With the increasing recognition of menopause-related sleep struggles, I have provided talks, guidance, and tailored support to help women navigate this transitional phase of life.

I have proudly hosted two not-for-profit Living Well events focused on women in midlife and menopause.

These and other similar words have made me develop personalised sleep therapy programmes to help people improve their sleep and reclaim their lives.
